What’s bad posture?

There are so many ways to have bad posture, without realizing it, a posture that we sometimes find comfortable, can be a real disaster for our spine, shoulders, neck, muscles or joints. We don’t always think about having a straight back, when standing or sitting for example, we tend to curl up and this can cause misalignment of our spine and obviously pain in our back muscles. If you work seated at a desk, for long hours on end, your back is probably most of the time in poor posture. If your job involves carrying heavy loads or you’re a athlete who likes to carry weights, you may not be adopting the right position for your back, and again pain will be felt. If, on the other hand, you don’t do any sport at all or very little, your back muscles may be less able to support the spine and cause you pain. Also overweight people can experience back pain. By adopting poor posture, the muscles are in tension, they undergo greater stress and that’s why you get back, neck or nape pain, migraines can also appear. By tiring your back it’s your whole body you’re tiring, but thanks to our orthopedic corsets, you can remedy all that.

Why wear a back brace?
